Studio Practice

Studio practice is defined as the processes and experimentation that takes place in the artist’s studio. Having a dedicated space to retreat to, the luxury of leaving materials and works in progress on the floor, on an easel or on the wall to dry, coming back the next day with fresh eyes is the ultimate for an artist. That said, creating on the go and setting up a “studio” space wherever I am is allows me to explore new sizes and often new materials that are portable and travel well.
